This Shipping Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions of Tehran Official and applies to all orders placed through our website.

Shipping Origin

All orders are dispatched from Australia.

Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide. If a destination is restricted by the carrier or by law, we may need to cancel the order and provide a refund.

Processing Time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 3 business days.
During peak periods or product launches, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Methods and Couriers

Shipping options are displayed at checkout and are calculated in real time.
We use the following carriers:
Australia Post, DHL Express, FedEx and Aramex.
The available courier for your order depends on your location and selected service.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are controlled by the courier and vary depending on the destination, selected shipping method and local conditions.

Estimated guidance only:
Australia: Delivery time depends on the chosen method and the carrier’s terms.
International: Delivery time varies by destination and courier. We do not guarantee international transit times.

Tehran Official is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services or other third parties.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, courier selection and order weight.

Customs, Taxes and Import Duties

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees and any other charges imposed by the destination country.
Tehran Official is not able to calculate or estimate these fees in advance.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched and handed to the courier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the courier.
Tehran Official is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels after dispatch, but we will assist you in lodging an investigation with the relevant courier.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that shipping details are accurate when placing your order.
Tehran Official accepts no responsibility for parcels delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If the parcel is returned to us, reshipping costs will apply.

Pre-Orders

We occasionally offer pre-order items.
Pre-orders are dispatched as soon as the stock arrives in our warehouse. If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may be shipped together unless otherwise specified.
