1. Where do you shipfrom?

All orders are dispatched from Australia.

Yes. We ship worldwide. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout.

Orders are processed within 3 business days. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

4. How long does shipping take?

Delivery times depend on your selected method and the courier’s terms. You will receive tracking information once the order is dispatched.

5. Which couriers do you use?

Australia Post, DHL, FedEx and Aramex. The available option depends on your location.

6. Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees required by their country.

7. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

8. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

We are unable to take responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If the parcel is returned to us, reshipping fees apply.

10. My parcel is lost or delayed. What should I do?

Once a parcel is with the courier, delivery responsibility transfers to them. We will assist you in lodging an investigation with the courier.

11. Do you offer exchanges?

At the moment, exchanges are not offered. Customers may request a return in line with our refund policy and place a new order.

12. How do I choose my size?

Please refer to our Size Guide for structured, unisex sizing aligned with AU sizes 6–14. Each product page includes specific measurements for precision.

13. Are your garments true to size?

Most pieces follow a structured or relaxed fit. Exact measurements are listed on each product page for clarity.

14. Do you restock sold-out items?

Some pieces may be restocked depending on demand. You can follow our Instagram or subscribe to email updates for announcements.

15. How can I care for my garment?

Each piece includes care instructions on its label. As a general principle, cold wash, gentle handling and flat drying preserve structure and longevity.

16. Do you offer gift packaging?

Gift-ready packaging is available with all orders. If you’d like a personalized message included, please email us after placing your order.
